Winter 2011 Class Schedule

Ashtanga Yoga Brooklyn program expands tomorrow to include more Led Primary and afternoon Mysore.

Sunday Led Class

Starting January 16th, every first and third Sunday there will be a led primary class replacing Mysore class. The led will begin at 8am. Arrive at least ten minutes early. Drop-ins are welcome.

Monday - Thursday 3:30 pm - 5:30 pm

No classes on moon days July 26 (Mon), August 10 (Tue), August 24 (Tue).
